FAQ

Do you issue invoices?

Yes, we do. Please send your invoice details within 7 business days of making your payment. Once we receive them, we’ll issue the proper document.

What payment methods are accepted?

We accept bank transfers and cash payments. After signing up, you will receive a preliminary confirmation email, which includes the bank account number for the deposit payment – this confirms your reservation. If you prefer to pay in cash, please let us know in your reply to the email.

Do you organize transportation to the retreat location?

Participants are responsible for organizing their own transportation. If you need help with this, let us know – we’ll try to connect you with someone driving who can give you a lift.

What kind of shoes will I need?

Climbing shoes are required – preferably ones without holes 😉 Additionally, we recommend approach shoes for getting to and from the crag and for safe spotting. If you don’t have specialized shoes, regular sports shoes will do. Between climbs, you’ll want something comfy like slides (we suggest avoiding flip-flops) or Crocs.

What safety measures are taken during climbing?

Each participant is covered by accident insurance (NNW), and during outdoor climbing, your safety will be supervised by experienced instructors with many years of teaching practice. Additionally, all organizers and instructors are trained in first aid. We have the necessary certifications and procedures in place to ensure the comfort and safety of all participants.

What meals will be available during the trip?

We serve mostly plant-based meals and choose venues that align with our values. If you have any food allergies, please let us know in your booking confirmation email.

What if the weather doesn’t allow climbing?

Climbing outdoors depends on weather conditions. In case of rain or other unfavorable conditions, the rocks may become unsafe. If that happens, we’ll organize alternative movement-based workshops so we can still stay active despite the weather.

Can I take part if I have an injury or physical limitations?

If you have an injury or any physical limitation, please contact us before signing up. We’ll review your situation and decide whether the program can be adjusted to ensure your safety and comfort.

If you get injured after registering and paying (either the deposit or the full amount) and decide to cancel your participation, you’ll be eligible for a refund – excluding the deposit.

Do you provide climbing equipment?

We’ll provide crash pads, but personal climbing gear is not included. Participants are expected to bring their own climbing shoes and chalk bag.

What are the accommodation options?

We offer 2-, 3-, and 4-person rooms. If you’re coming with a partner or have preferences regarding roommates, let us know – we’ll do our best to accommodate your needs.

Can I come alone?

Absolutely! Many people come to these trips solo, but there are also smaller groups of 2–3 friends, usually in the 20–50 age range. It’s a great opportunity to meet new people who share your passion!

Do I need climbing experience to join the trip?

If you’ve never worn climbing shoes before, this trip is not for you. However, if you have experience on an indoor wall and feel comfortable climbing boulders graded 4–5, you’ll find plenty of challenges suited to your level here.
Before the trip, you’ll receive a form where we’ll ask about your climbing experience – this helps us choose the right sectors and boulders so everyone gets something tailored to them.

Climbing outdoors is different from climbing indoors – it’s more demanding physically and technically.

If you’re just starting your climbing journey, keep in mind that difficulties may feel different on rock, and progress might not be as obvious. Our instructors will help you get used to natural terrain and teach you the basics of spotting and outdoor climbing etiquette – how to care for the crag and respect the climbing community.

What happens if I need to cancel my trip?

In case of cancellation, the deposit is non-refundable. A refund is only possible if your spot is taken by another participant. In exceptional situations, the Organizer may refund part of the deposit, minus any actual costs incurred in organizing the trip.

Can I pay in installments?

Of course, we accept installment payments. The first installment of 990 PLN is a non-refundable deposit that confirms your reservation. The remaining amount can be paid according to the agreed schedule. If the trip is canceled due to not reaching the minimum number of participants, the deposit will be fully refunded. We will inform you about all the details individually.

What’s included in the price
of the trip?

The price includes: accident insurance (NNW), instructor guidance, support and introduction to outdoor bouldering, accommodation, and meals – all as outlined in the event program.
