1. General Provisions
These terms and conditions define the rules of participation in trips organized by LUŹNO. Signing up for a trip and making a payment is equivalent to accepting these terms.
2. Booking and Payments
1. A spot on the trip is reserved upon payment of a deposit, the amount of which is specified in the offer.
2. The full amount must be paid no later than 7 days before the start of the event. Failure to meet this deadline may result in cancellation of the reservation and loss of the deposit.
3. If the full payment is not made by the deadline, the reservation may be canceled and the deposit forfeited.
3. Cancellations and Refunds
1. The deposit is non-refundable in the case of participant cancellation.
2. A refund of the deposit or full payment is only possible if the participant finds a replacement for their spot.
3. In exceptional situations (e.g., serious illness), the organizer may refund part of the payment, reduced by incurred costs (e.g., accommodation bookings).
4. In the event of a trip cancellation due to the organizer’s fault, the participant will receive a full refund of the amount paid.
4. Participant Responsibilities
1. Participants are required to comply with these Terms & Conditions and the Safety Guidelines (available on the website), and to respect other participants and organizers.
2. Participants are fully responsible for their personal belongings and sports equipment.
The organizer is not liable for damages resulting from non-compliance with the Safety Guidelines.
3. Participants agree to the recording of their image during the trip (in photos and videos) and to its use in LUŹNO promotional materials (including on the website and social media).
Participants who do not consent to the use of their image must inform the organizer before the trip begins.
5. Organizer’s Liability
1. The organizer makes every effort to ensure the trip proceeds as planned but is not liable for force majeure events (e.g., extreme weather conditions).
2. Accident insurance (NNW) is included in the trip price. The organizer is not responsible for injuries or accidents resulting from activities undertaken by participants.
6. Final Provisions
1. The organizer reserves the right to make changes to the trip program if circumstances require it.
2. Any disputes shall be resolved amicably, and if that is not possible, by a court competent for the organizer’s registered office.
